• Check your player type. This cleaner is for CD, VCD, and DVD players only, and it is not compatible with Blu-ray players.
• Check your console list. It is not compatible with PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Wii, Wii U, or Bose players.
• A dirty lens is only one cause of skipping. If the laser itself is dying, a cleaner will not save it, so try this before you replace the player, not after.
